Very nice indeed, but why not put the honey in glass, instead of a plastic jar. Honey in glass is like milk or water in glass concipients: the taste is more real, authentic, natural, genuino!!

Glass has traditionally been used for honey storage, and while it is a familiar option, it is not always the most protective choice — particularly for a product as sensitive as premium Manuka honey.
Honey is naturally hygroscopic, meaning it can absorb moisture from the surrounding environment if not stored in a fully sealed, stable container. Even small increases in moisture content can affect texture and, in certain conditions, may contribute to fermentation over time.
While glass itself is non-reactive, the overall airtight integrity of the packaging depends heavily on the seal and storage conditions.
In environments with fluctuating humidity, moisture transfer can occur if packaging is not optimally sealed.
For this reason, our honey is packaged in 100% recycled, food-grade RPET (recycled PET) jars, which are also BPA free.
These jars are lightweight, durable, and designed to provide a secure, airtight seal that helps protect the honey from moisture exposure. This helps preserve the honey’s natural texture, flavour profile, and beneficial compounds — maintaining its integrity and premium quality from harvest in New Zealand right through to the moment it reaches you.
